Meet Cole Napier for Powell County Clerk

My name is Cole Napier and I would be honored to earn your vote for Powell County Clerk.

I am a lifelong Powell Countian, a 2016 graduate of Powell County High School, and a 2020 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University.

My grandparents, Don and Linda Butler and Gary and Ruby Napier, my parents, Burt Napier and Jackie Smallwood, and my brothers, LW and Samuel Napier, have all instilled in me the value of hard work and have motivated me to contribute positively to my community. I am honored to have their support in this campaign!
