My name is Cole Napier. I am a lifelong Powell Countian, and I would be honored to earn your vote to become the next Powell County Clerk.

Over the past decade, I have worked in a variety of jobs here at home and in communities around Kentucky. From working at Papa John’s and driving a FedEx delivery truck to managing the floor operations for the Kentucky House of Representatives and campaigning to elect strong conservative candidates, I have built the skills to be the County Clerk that Powell Countians need.

I understand the needs of working people, I know how much hard work matters in this community, and I deeply respect the institutions of our democratic republic.

The County Clerk plays an essential role in the operation of our entire government, from the courthouse to the White House. As our County’s chief elections official, I will ensure that Powell County’s elections are administered safely and securely, and that our government at every level continues to reflect the will of the people. Free and fair elections are an essential component of the American dream that I will work tirelessly to protect for Powell Countians.
